Reconstruction of the point spread function (PSF) plays an important role in many areas of astronomy, including photometry, astrometry, galaxy morphology, and shear measurement. The atmospheric and instrumental effects are the two main contributors to the PSF, both of which may exhibit complex spatial features. Current PSF reconstruction schemes typically rely on individual exposures, and its ability of reproducing the complicated features of the PSF distribution is therefore limited by the number of stars. Interestingly, in conventional methods, after stacking the model residuals of the PSF ellipticities and (relative) sizes from a large number of exposures, one can often observe some stable and nontrivial spatial patterns on the entire focal plane, which could be quite detrimental to, e.g., weak lensing measurements. These PSF residual patterns are caused by instrumental effects as they consistently appear in different exposures. Taking this as an advantage, we propose a multi-layer PSF reconstruction method to remove such PSF residuals, the second and third layers of which make use of all available exposures together. We test our method on the i-band data of the second release of Hyper Suprime-Cam. Our method successfully eliminates most of the PSF residuals. Using the Fourier\_Quad shear measurement method, we further test the performance of the resulting PSF fields on shear recovery using the field distortion effect. The PSF residuals have strong correlations with the shear residuals, and our new multi-layer PSF reconstruction method can remove most of such systematic errors related to PSF, leading to much smaller shear biases.

To glean the benefits offered by massive multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, channel state information must be accurately acquired. Despite the high accuracy, the computational complexity of classical linear minimum mean squared error (MMSE) estimator becomes prohibitively high in the context of massive MIMO, while the other low-complexity methods degrade the estimation accuracy seriously. In this paper, we develop a novel rank-1 subspace channel estimator to approximate the maximum likelihood (ML) estimator, which outperforms the linear MMSE estimator, but incurs a surprisingly low computational complexity. Our method first acquires the highly accurate angle-of-arrival (AoA) information via a constructed space-embedding matrix and the rank-1 subspace method. Then, it adopts the post-reception beamforming to acquire the unbiased estimate of channel gains. Furthermore, a fast method is designed to implement our new estimator. Theoretical analysis shows that the extra gain achieved by our method over the linear MMSE estimator grows according to the rule of O($\log_{10}M$), while its computational complexity is linearly scalable to the number of antennas $M$. Numerical simulations also validate the theoretical results. Crystal seeding enables a deeper understanding of phase behavior, leading to the development of methods for controlling and manipulating phase transitions in various applications such as materials synthesis, crystallization processes, and phase transformation engineering. How to seed a crystalline in time domain is an open question, which is of great significant and may provide an avenue to understand and control time-dependent quantum many-body physics. Here, we utilize a microwave pulse as a seed to induce the formation of a discrete time crystal in Floquet driven Rydberg atoms. In the experiment, the periodic driving on Rydberg states acts as a seeded crystalline order in subspace, which triggers the time-translation symmetry breaking across the entire ensemble. The behavior of the emergent time crystal is elaborately linked to alterations in the seed, such as the relative phase shift and the frequency difference, which result in phase dependent seeding and corresponding shift in periodicity of the time crystal, leading to embryonic synchronization. This result opens up new possibilities for studying and harnessing time-dependent quantum many-body phenomena, offering insights into the behavior of complex many-body systems under seeding.

The identification of tipping points is essential for prediction of collapses or other sudden changes in complex systems. Applications include studies of ecology, thermodynamics, climatology, and epidemiology. However, detecting early signs of proximity to a tipping is made challenging by complexity and non-linearity. Strongly interacting Rydberg atom gases offer a model systems that offer both complexity and non-linearity, including phase transition and critical slowing down. Here, via an external probe we observe prior warning of the proximity of a phase transition of Rydberg thermal gases. This warning signal is manifested as a cessation of the variance growth with increasing probe intensity. We also observed the dynamics of the critical slowing down behavior versus different time scales, driving intensities, and atomic densities, thus providing insights into the study of a Rydberg atom system's critical behavior. Our experiment suggests that the full critical slowing down dynamics of strongly-interacting Rydberg atoms can be probed systematically, thus providing a benchmark with which to identify critical phenomena in quantum many-body systems.

Engineering a Terahertz (THz) frequency comb spectroscopy at atomic level advances the precisely measurement in spectroscopy and sensing. Current progresses on THz frequency comb rely on difference-frequency generation, optical parametric oscillation, and other methods. Generating a THz frequency comb poses challenges in source stability and achieving a narrow bandwidth, which traditional THz devices are difficult to achieve. Furthermore, accurately measuring the generated THz frequency comb necessitates a high-performance THz detector. Rydberg atoms are well-suited for electric field sensing due to their ultra-wide radio frequency transition energy levels, making them especially sensitive to external electric fields in the DC to THz bandwidth. However, there have been no reports about generating THz frequency comb spectroscopy at the atomic level until now. This work presents a THz frequency comb spectroscopy with Rydberg atoms, in which a Floquet comb-like transition is engineered through a time-periodic drive field. Our approach simplifies the setup required for THz frequency comb spectroscopy while extending the working bandwidth for Rydberg atomic sensors. The THz frequency comb spectroscopy at the atomic level reported in this article shows great potential for various applications in astronomy, remote sensing, spectral detection of biological samples, and other related fields.

Developing microwave electric field sensing based on Rydberg atom has received significant attention due to its unique advantages. However, achieving effective coupling between Rydberg atom and the microwave electric field in the sensing process is a challenging problem that greatly impacts the sensitivity. To address this, we propose the use of a microwave resonant cavity to enhance the effective coupling between the Rydberg atoms and the microwave electric field. In our experiment, we use a three-photon excitation scheme to prepare Rydberg atoms, make measurements of electric fields without and with a microwave cavity in which the vapor cell is put inside. Through experimental testing, we achieve an 18 dB enhancement of power sensitivity. The experiment shows an effective enhancement in electric field pulse signal detection. This result provides a promising direction for enhancing the sensitivity of Rydberg atomic electric field sensors and paves the way for their application in precision electric field measurements.

Repetitive Ramsey interferometry measurements (RIMs) are often used to measure qubit coherence, assuming that the environment remains unaffected after each measurement and the outcomes of all measurements are independent and identically distributed (i.i.d.). While this assumption is often valid for a classical environment, it may not hold for a quantum environment due to non-negligible backaction. Here we present a general theoretical framework to account for the measurement backaction in sequential RIMs. We show that an RIM induces a quantum channel on the quantum environment, and sequential RIMs gradually steer the quantum environment to the fixed points of the channel. For the first time, we reveal three distinct environment steering effects -- polarization, depolarization and metastable polarization, depending on the commutativity of the noise operator $B$ and the environment Hamiltonian $H_e$: (1) When $[B,H_e]=0$, the quantum environment is gradually polarized to different eigenstates of $B$ as the number $m$ of repetitive RIMs increases; (2) When $[B,H_e]\neq 0$, the quantum environment is gradually depolarized to a maximally mixed state of its whole Hilbert space or a Hilbert subspace; (3) When $[B,H_e]\neq 0$ but one of $H_e$ and $B$ is a small perturbation on the other, metastable polarization can happen, such that the quantum environment is first polarized for a finite range of $m$ but becomes gradually depolarized as $m$ increases further. The environment steering also makes the measurement statistics of sequential RIMs develop non-i.i.d. features. Realistic examples of central spin models are also presented. Our work not only elucidates the measurement backaction and statistics of repetitive qubit coherence measurements, but is also useful for designing protocols to engineer the state or dynamics of a quantum environment with a qubit ancilla.

Prior research on deep video compression (DVC) for machine tasks typically necessitates training a unique codec for each specific task, mandating a dedicated decoder per task. In contrast, traditional video codecs employ a flexible encoder controller, enabling the adaptation of a single codec to different tasks through mechanisms like mode prediction. Drawing inspiration from this, we introduce an innovative encoder controller for deep video compression for machines. This controller features a mode prediction and a Group of Pictures (GoP) selection module. Our approach centralizes control at the encoding stage, allowing for adaptable encoder adjustments across different tasks, such as detection and tracking, while maintaining compatibility with a standard pre-trained DVC decoder. Empirical evidence demonstrates that our method is applicable across multiple tasks with various existing pre-trained DVCs. Moreover, extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms previous DVC by about 25% bitrate for different tasks, with only one pre-trained decoder., Comment: Accepted by CVPR 2024

As the cloud is pushed to the edge of the network, resource allocation for user experience improvement in mobile edge clouds (MEC) is increasingly important and faces multiple challenges. This paper studies quality of experience (QoE)-oriented resource allocation in MEC while considering user diversity, limited resources, and the complex relationship between allocated resources and user experience. We introduce a closed-loop online resource allocation (CORA) framework to tackle this problem. It learns the objective function of resource allocation from the historical dataset and updates the learned model using the online testing results. Due to the learned objective model is typically non-convex and challenging to solve in real-time, we leverage the Lyapunov optimization to decouple the long-term average constraint and apply the prime-dual method to solve this decoupled resource allocation problem. Thereafter, we put forth a data-driven optimal online queue resource allocation (OOQRA) algorithm and a data-driven robust OQRA (ROQRA) algorithm for homogenous and heterogeneous user cases, respectively. Moreover, we provide a rigorous convergence analysis for the OOQRA algorithm. We conduct extensive experiments to evaluate the proposed algorithms using the synthesis and YouTube datasets. Numerical results validate the theoretical analysis and demonstrate that the user complaint rate is reduced by up to 100% and 18% in the synthesis and YouTube datasets, respectively., Comment: This work was presented in part at IEEE ICC 2021

Nonreciprocal interaction crowd systems, such as human-human, human-vehicle, and human-robot systems, often have serious impacts on pedestrian safety and social order. A more comprehensive understanding of these systems is needed to optimize system stability and efficiency. Despite the importance of these interactions, empirical research in this area remains limited. Thus, in our study we explore this underresearched area, focusing on scenarios where nonreciprocity plays a critical role, such as mass stabbings, which pose a substantial risk to public safety. We conducted the first experiments on this system and analysed high-accuracy data obtained from these experiments. The extent of the direct threat zone is determined by the speed of the moving threat and the radius of danger occurrence. We further categorize potential threats into direct, adjacent, and rear-view zones, quantifying the level of threat for pedestrians. Our study revealed that a pedestrian's desired velocity correlated positively with potential threat intensity, increasing until near the direct threat zone. An emerging steady state is observed when escape routes are blocked by moving threats. This deviation affects the density-velocity relationship, making it distinct from the general relationship. This deviation signifies unique pedestrian behaviour in the presence of moving threats. Additionally, the rate of change in the angle for pedestrian motion in various desired directions is synchronized. This indicates the emergence of collective intelligence in nonreciprocal interaction crowd systems. As a result, our study may constitute a pioneering step towards understanding nonreciprocal interactions in crowd systems through laboratory experiments. These findings may enhance pedestrian safety and inform not only government crowd management strategies but also individual self-protection measures.

Federated learning (FL) is an appealing paradigm for learning a global model among distributed clients while preserving data privacy. Driven by the demand for high-quality user experiences, evaluating the well-trained global model after the FL process is crucial. In this paper, we propose a closed-loop model analytics framework that allows for effective evaluation of the trained global model using clients' local data. To address the challenges posed by system and data heterogeneities in the FL process, we study a goal-directed client selection problem based on the model analytics framework by selecting a subset of clients for the model training. This problem is formulated as a stochastic multi-armed bandit (SMAB) problem. We first put forth a quick initial upper confidence bound (Quick-Init UCB) algorithm to solve this SMAB problem under the federated analytics (FA) framework. Then, we further propose a belief propagation-based UCB (BP-UCB) algorithm under the democratized analytics (DA) framework. Moreover, we derive two regret upper bounds for the proposed algorithms, which increase logarithmically over the time horizon. The numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms achieve nearly optimal performance, with a gap of less than 1.44% and 3.12% under the FA and DA frameworks, respectively., Comment: This work was partly presented at IEEE ICC 2022

Within the realm of rapidly advancing wireless sensor networks (WSNs), distributed detection assumes a significant role in various practical applications. However, critical challenge lies in maintaining robust detection performance while operating within the constraints of limited bandwidth and energy resources. This paper introduces a novel approach that combines model-driven deep learning (DL) with binary quantization to strike a balance between communication overhead and detection performance in WSNs. We begin by establishing the lower bound of detection error probability for distributed detection using the maximum a posteriori (MAP) criterion. Furthermore, we prove the global optimality of employing identical local quantizers across sensors, thereby maximizing the corresponding Chernoff information. Subsequently, the paper derives the minimum MAP detection error probability (MAPDEP) by inplementing identical binary probabilistic quantizers across the sensors. Moreover, the paper establishes the equivalence between utilizing all quantized data and their average as input to the detector at the fusion center (FC). In particular, we derive the Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence, which measures the difference between the true posterior probability and output of the proposed detector. Leveraging the MAPDEP and KL divergence as loss functions, the paper proposes model-driven DL method to separately train the probability controller module in the quantizer and the detector module at the FC. Numerical results validate the convergence and effectiveness of the proposed method, which achieves near-optimal performance with reduced complexity for Gaussian hypothesis testing.

Inter-cell interference (ICI) suppression is critical for multi-cell multi-user networks. In this paper, we investigate advanced precoding techniques for coordinated multi-point (CoMP) with downlink coherent joint transmission, an effective approach for ICI suppression. Different from the centralized precoding schemes that require frequent information exchange among the cooperating base stations, we propose a decentralized scheme to minimize the total power consumption. In particular, based on the covariance matrices of global channel state information, we estimate the ICI bounds via the deterministic equivalents and decouple the original design problem into sub-problems, each of which can be solved in a decentralized manner. To solve the sub-problems at each base station, we develop a low-complexity solver based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) in conjunction with the convex-concave procedure (CCCP). Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed decentralized precoding scheme, which achieves performance similar to the optimal centralized precoding scheme. Besides, our proposed ADMM solver can substantially reduce the computational complexity, while maintaining outstanding performance.

Quantum randomness relies heavily on the accurate characterization of the generator implementation, where the device imperfection or inaccurate characterization can lead to incorrect entropy estimation and practical bias, significantly affecting the reliability of the generated randomness. Measurement-device-independent (MDI) quantum random number generation (QRNG) endeavors to produce certified randomness, utilizing uncharacterized and untrusted measurement devices that are vulnerable to numerous attack schemes targeting measurement loopholes. However, existing implementations have shown insufficient performance thus far. Here, we propose a high-speed MDI-QRNG scheme based on a robust measurement tomography approach against the imperfection of single-photon sources. Compared with the conventional approach, the decoy-state method is introduced to obtain more accurate tomography results and a tighter lower bound of randomness. Finally, by using a high-speed time-bin encoding system, we experimentally demonstrated the scheme and obtained a reliable min-entropy lower bound of $7.37 \times 10^{-2}$ bits per pulse, corresponding to a generation rate over 23 Mbps, which substantially outperforms the existing realizations and makes a record in discrete-variable semi-device-independent QRNGs., Comment: 20 pages, 9 figures, including appendixes. We have built a custom mobile multi-camera large-space dense light field capture system, which provides a series of high-quality and sufficiently dense light field images for various scenarios. Our aim is to contribute to the development of popular 3D scene reconstruction algorithms such as IBRnet, NeRF, and 3D Gaussian splitting. More importantly, the collected dataset, which is much denser than existing datasets, may also inspire space-oriented light field reconstruction, which is potentially different from object-centric 3D reconstruction, for immersive VR/AR experiences. We utilized a total of 40 GoPro 10 cameras, capturing images of 5k resolution. The number of photos captured for each scene is no less than 1000, and the average density (view number within a unit sphere) is 134.68. It is also worth noting that our system is capable of efficiently capturing large outdoor scenes. Addressing the current lack of large-space and dense light field datasets, we made efforts to include elements such as sky, reflections, lights and shadows that are of interest to researchers in the field of 3D reconstruction during the data capture process. Finally, we validated the effectiveness of our provided dataset on three popular algorithms and also integrated the reconstructed 3DGS results into the Unity engine, demonstrating the potential of utilizing our datasets to enhance the realism of virtual reality (VR) and create feasible interactive spaces. In order to control the inter-cell interference for a multi-cell multi-user multiple-input multiple-output network, we consider the precoder design for coordinated multi-point with downlink coherent joint transmission. To avoid costly information exchange among the cooperating base stations in a centralized precoding scheme, we propose a decentralized one by considering the power minimization problem. By approximating the inter-cell interference using the deterministic equivalents, this problem is decoupled to sub-problems which are solved in a decentralized manner at different base stations. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed decentralized precoding scheme, where only 2 ~ 7% more transmit power is needed compared with the optimal centralized precoder.

X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) is widely employed for structure characterization of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C$_3$N$_4$) and its composites. Nevertheless, even for pure g-C$_3$N$_4$, discrepancies in energy and profile exist across different experiments, which can be attributed to variations in structures arising from diverse synthesis conditions and calibration procedures. Here, we conducted a theoretical investigation on XAS of three representative g-C$_3$N$_4$ structures (planar, corrugated, and micro-corrugated) optimized with different strategies, to understand the structure-spectroscopy relation. Different methods were compared, including density functional theory (DFT) with the full (FCH) or equivalent (ECH) core-hole approximation, as well as the time-dependent DFT (TDDFT). FCH was responsible for getting accurate absolute absorption energy; while ECH and TDDFT aided in interpreting the spectra, through ECH-state canonical molecular orbitals (ECH-CMOs) and natural transition orbitals (NTOs), respectively. With each method, the spectra at the three structures show evident differences, which can be correlated to different individual experiments or in between. Our calculations explained the structural reason behind the spectral discrepancies among different experiments. Moreover, profiles predicted by these methods also displayed consistency, so their differences can be used as a reliable indicator of their accuracy. Both ECH-CMOs and NTO particle orbitals led to similar graphics, validating their applicability in interpreting the transitions. In this paper, we introduce the first large-scale video prediction model in the autonomous driving discipline. To eliminate the restriction of high-cost data collection and empower the generalization ability of our model, we acquire massive data from the web and pair it with diverse and high-quality text descriptions. The resultant dataset accumulates over 2000 hours of driving videos, spanning areas all over the world with diverse weather conditions and traffic scenarios. Inheriting the merits from recent latent diffusion models, our model, dubbed GenAD, handles the challenging dynamics in driving scenes with novel temporal reasoning blocks. We showcase that it can generalize to various unseen driving datasets in a zero-shot manner, surpassing general or driving-specific video prediction counterparts. Furthermore, GenAD can be adapted into an action-conditioned prediction model or a motion planner, holding great potential for real-world driving applications., Comment: Accepted by CVPR 2024

Implicit neural representations (INRs) recently achieved great success in image representation and compression, offering high visual quality and fast rendering speeds with 10-1000 FPS, assuming sufficient GPU resources are available. However, this requirement often hinders their use on low-end devices with limited memory. In response, we propose a groundbreaking paradigm of image representation and compression by 2D Gaussian Splatting, named GaussianImage. We first introduce 2D Gaussian to represent the image, where each Gaussian has 8 parameters including position, covariance and color. Subsequently, we unveil a novel rendering algorithm based on accumulated summation. Remarkably, our method with a minimum of 3$\times$ lower GPU memory usage and 5$\times$ faster fitting time not only rivals INRs (e.g., WIRE, I-NGP) in representation performance, but also delivers a faster rendering speed of 1500-2000 FPS regardless of parameter size. Furthermore, we integrate existing vector quantization technique to build an image codec. Experimental results demonstrate that our codec attains rate-distortion performance comparable to compression-based INRs such as COIN and COIN++, while facilitating decoding speeds of approximately 1000 FPS. Additionally, preliminary proof of concept shows that our codec surpasses COIN and COIN++ in performance when using partial bits-back coding. Existing learning-based stereo image codec adopt sophisticated transformation with simple entropy models derived from single image codecs to encode latent representations. However, those entropy models struggle to effectively capture the spatial-disparity characteristics inherent in stereo images, which leads to suboptimal rate-distortion results. In this paper, we propose a stereo image compression framework, named CAMSIC. CAMSIC independently transforms each image to latent representation and employs a powerful decoder-free Transformer entropy model to capture both spatial and disparity dependencies, by introducing a novel content-aware masked image modeling (MIM) technique. Our content-aware MIM facilitates efficient bidirectional interaction between prior information and estimated tokens, which naturally obviates the need for an extra Transformer decoder. Experiments show that our stereo image codec achieves state-of-the-art rate-distortion performance on two stereo image datasets Cityscapes and InStereo2K with fast encoding and decoding speed.

Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) is a novel meta-material which can form a smart radio environment by dynamically altering reflection directions of the impinging electromagnetic waves. In the prior literature, the inter-RIS links which also contribute to the performance of the whole system are usually neglected when multiple RISs are deployed. In this paper we investigate a general double-RIS assisted multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless communication system under spatially correlated non line-of-sight propagation channels, where the cooperation of the double RISs is also considered. The design objective is to maximize the achievable ergodic rate based on full statistical channel state information (CSI). Specifically, we firstly present a closed-form asymptotic expression for the achievable ergodic rate by utilizing replica method from statistical physics. Then a full statistical CSI-enabled optimal design is proposed which avoids high pilot training overhead compared to instantaneous CSI-enabled design. To further reduce the signal processing overhead and lower the complexity for practical realization, a common-phase scheme is proposed to design the double RISs. Simulation results show that the derived asymptotic ergodic rate is quite accurate even for small-sized antenna arrays. And the proposed optimization algorithm can achieve substantial gain at the expense of a low overhead and complexity. Furthermore, the cooperative double-RIS assisted MIMO framework is proven to achieve superior ergodic rate performance and high communication reliability under harsh propagation environment.

Single-photon time-of-flight (TOF) non-line-of-sight (NLOS) imaging enables the high-resolution reconstruction of objects outside the field of view. The compactness of TOF NLOS imaging systems, entailing the miniaturization of key components within such systems is crucial for practical applications. Here, we present a miniaturized four-channel time-correlated single-photon counting module dedicated to TOF NLOS imaging applications. The module achieves excellent performance with a 10 ps bin size and 27.4 ps minimum root-mean-square time resolution. We present the results of TOF NLOS imaging experiment using an InGaAs/InP single-photon detector and the time-correlated single-photon counting module, and show that a 6.3 cm lateral resolution and 2.3 cm depth resolution can be achieved under the conditions of 5 m imaging distance and 1 ms pixel dwell time., Comment: Published by Review of Scientific Instrument

Evolutionary algorithms, such as Differential Evolution, excel in solving real-parameter optimization challenges. However, the effectiveness of a single algorithm varies across different problem instances, necessitating considerable efforts in algorithm selection or configuration. This paper aims to address the limitation by leveraging the complementary strengths of a group of algorithms and dynamically scheduling them throughout the optimization progress for specific problems. We propose a deep reinforcement learning-based dynamic algorithm selection framework to accomplish this task. Our approach models the dynamic algorithm selection a Markov Decision Process, training an agent in a policy gradient manner to select the most suitable algorithm according to the features observed during the optimization process. To empower the agent with the necessary information, our framework incorporates a thoughtful design of landscape and algorithmic features. Meanwhile, we employ a sophisticated deep neural network model to infer the optimal action, ensuring informed algorithm selections. Additionally, an algorithm context restoration mechanism is embedded to facilitate smooth switching among different algorithms. These mechanisms together enable our framework to seamlessly select and switch algorithms in a dynamic online fashion. Notably, the proposed framework is simple and generic, offering potential improvements across a broad spectrum of evolutionary algorithms. As a proof-of-principle study, we apply this framework to a group of Differential Evolution algorithms. Multi-talker automatic speech recognition plays a crucial role in scenarios involving multi-party interactions, such as meetings and conversations. Due to its inherent complexity, this task has been receiving increasing attention. Notably, the serialized output training (SOT) stands out among various approaches because of its simplistic architecture and exceptional performance. However, the frequent speaker changes in token-level SOT (t-SOT) present challenges for the autoregressive decoder in effectively utilizing context to predict output sequences. To address this issue, we introduce a masked t-SOT label, which serves as the cornerstone of an auxiliary training loss. Additionally, we utilize a speaker similarity matrix to refine the self-attention mechanism of the decoder. This strategic adjustment enhances contextual relationships within the same speaker's tokens while minimizing interactions between different speakers' tokens. We denote our method as speaker-aware SOT (SA-SOT). Experiments on the Librispeech datasets demonstrate that our SA-SOT obtains a relative cpWER reduction ranging from 12.75% to 22.03% on the multi-talker test sets. Furthermore, with more extensive training, our method achieves an impressive cpWER of 3.41%, establishing a new state-of-the-art result on the LibrispeechMix dataset.
